“Each half-term we will be producing an extra-curricular sports club timetable so that students can see what physical activities they can try out over the coming weeks. We will be trying to make the most out of the facilities and grounds that we have. Already last half term, football and basketball were really popular. We are hoping to play some fixtures against other schools in both those sports really soon.
One student even set up and ran his own street dance club, so AM deserves huge congratulations!
Each half term we will be awarding a ‘Sportsperson of the term’ which will go to the student that attends the most clubs that half term. The very first winner of this award is CD who attended clubs including table tennis, football and street dance. Well done CD!”
