To celebrate 'Healthy Heart Day' (on Friday!), our activities have been focused towards keeping our ticker ticking...This week saw the return of the Judo coaching and was welcomed with smiles and enthusiasm...building confidence, discipline, respect for others along with a positive healthy attitude.
