On Wednesday 29th March students at The Brades Lodge site prepared, cooked and hosted a dinner party for an exclusive family clientele, as part of the Jamie Oliver National School Food Competition. The students had to design and deliver a high quality three course menu. After much thought the boys settled on; Wild Mushroom Tartlets, Honey Glazed Gammon, Wild Berry Yoghurt, and Homemade Lemonade. Jaden was Head Chef for the day with able support from staff whilst Sam, Ciaran, Brandon and Tom prepared front of house under the watchful eye of Miss Haycox. Congratulations go to Miss Bassi for getting the school involved. Regardless of the competition outcome the feedback from guests was fantastic. Well Done All !
