Our main phonics programme for Key Stage 1 pupils is Read Write Inc. This is supplemented with ideas from Jolly Phonics. Pupils in Key Stage 2 who need intervention in phonics follow the Read Write Inc Fresh Start programme.
We use Pearson Education's Rapid Reading as our main reading scheme. Children also read books from Bug Club and Oxford Reading Tree.
